This policy explains how Pamirian Pharma Limited collects, uses and protects your personal data when you visit our website or contact us.
Last updated: 11 July 2026
1. Who we are
Pamirian Pharma Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a company registered in England and Wales under company number 15734399. We are the “data controller” responsible for your personal data.
Registered office:
Office 121, Unit 1, Watling Gate, 297–303 Edgware Road, London, United Kingdom, NW9 6NBFor any privacy question, or to exercise your rights, contact us at ahmed.rasooli@pamirianpharma.com.
2. The information we collect
We only collect the personal data we need to respond to you and operate our website:
- Information you give us — when you complete our contact form, we collect your name, email address, organisation (if provided), the reason for your enquiry and the content of your message.
- Technical information — like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records limited technical data such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, in server logs used for security and reliability.
We do not knowingly collect special category (sensitive) data, and we do not ask you to share health information through this website.
3. How and why we use your data
Under the UK GDPR, we rely on the following lawful bases:
- To respond to your enquiry — our legitimate interests in answering messages sent to us, and taking steps at your request before entering into any agreement.
- To keep our website secure and working — our legitimate interests in the security, integrity and reliability of our services.
- To comply with the law — where we are under a legal or regulatory obligation.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us run the website and respond to you, and who process data on our instructions:
- Vercel — website hosting and infrastructure.
- Resend — delivery of contact-form emails to our inbox.
We may also disclose data where required by law, or to protect our rights, property or safety.
5. International transfers
Some of our providers may process data outside the United Kingdom. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement / Standard Contractual Clauses to protect your data.
6. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence only for as long as necessary to deal with your enquiry and any related follow-up, after which it is deleted or anonymised. Server logs are kept for a limited period for security purposes.
7. Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
- access a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
- ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
- ask us to delete your data (the “right to erasure”);
- restrict or object to our processing of your data;
- request portability of the data you have given us.
To exercise any of these rights, email ahmed.rasooli@pamirianpharma.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk, although we would welcome the chance to resolve your concern first.
8. Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to safeguard your information.
9. Cookies
Information about how we use cookies is set out in our Cookie Policy.
